Consumer intelligence (CI) is the process of gathering and analyzing information regarding consumers, and their details, activities and behaviours, to build deeper and more effective customer relationships and improve decision-making by businesses and organisations.

You will only need to submit the URL of your pitch video (maximum 3 minutes) along with a documentation (PDF/slides) explaining the following information:

  1. Area of consumer journey tackled
  2. Description of solution
  3. Technical concept of implementation
  4. Team member’s brief

All idea(s) must be submitted between 1 October 2019 – 30 November 2019.

If your idea submission gets selected to proceed to the next stage, you will be notified to attend the pitching session which will take place on the third week of January 2020.

You can enter as an individual or as a team of maximum 3 for the challenge.

A panel of judges will be looking at your submission to see if it meets the selection criteria. We are looking for innovative solutions that will help us to understand consumers’ behaviour better. Your pitch videos should be around 3 minutes long together with a PDF/PPT version of your idea and submitted at this link. The submission page will be opened from 1 October – 30 November 2019.

IDEAHACK is an opportunity for data-loving people anywhere in the world who have unorthodox ideas of capturing the consumer journey or behaviours using innovative techniques, methodologies or technological solutions, to take their ideas further.
